Our General Warranty Commitment
Our warranties cover any issues directly related to the quality of our service, such as improper application, poor adhesion, cracking due to faulty installation, or visible defects caused by our team. If it’s our responsibility, we’ll fix it.
We do not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence from the client or third parties.
Issues arising from lack of proper maintenance, water leaks, moisture infiltration, or structural movement.
Heavy impact, dragging furniture or equipment, or chemical spills not disclosed prior to service.
Unauthorized modifications made to the work after installation.
However, we believe in common sense and customer satisfaction. In some cases, even when damage is client-caused, we may offer free minor repairs as a courtesy, depending on the situation and availability.
Warranty by Service
Epoxy Flooring – Residential
Warranty Length: 10 Years
Coverage:
Peeling, bubbling, cracking, or delamination
Adhesion issues due to incorrect application
Discoloration caused by UV exposure (when topcoat includes UV protection)
Exclusions:
Damage from dropping heavy items, moisture from underneath, tire burns, or chemical spills
Repairs or changes made by third parties
Epoxy Flooring – Commercial
Warranty Length: 10 Years
Coverage:
Peeling, bubbling, cracking, or delamination
Adhesion issues due to incorrect application
Discoloration caused by UV exposure (when topcoat includes UV protection)
Exclusions:
Damage from dropping heavy items, moisture from underneath, tire burns, or chemical spills

Painting Services – Residential & Commercial
Warranty Length: 3 Months
Coverage:
Flaking, bubbling, or peeling due to poor preparation or incorrect application
Visible brush marks or stains caused by our products or methods
Exclusions:
Moisture infiltration behind walls
Physical impacts or abrasion
Client-chosen paint with performance issues
Tile Installation – Residential & Commercial
Warranty Length: 3 Years
Coverage:
Tile lifting, loose tiles, or grout failure due to improper installation
Alignment, layout, or leveling issues identified within warranty period
Exclusions:
Cracks from structural movement or subfloor instability
Heavy impacts or items dropped on tile
Water infiltration from plumbing not related to our installation
General Construction & Surface Repairs
Warranty Length: 3 Months
Coverage:
Recurring issues caused by incomplete or improper repair
Defects in drywall, trim, patchwork, or minor carpentry directly related to workmanship
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused after service, including new impact or negligence
Any external contractor work over our repairs
How to Request a Warranty Repair
If you notice a problem within your warranty period:

Send photos or videos of the issue for initial assessment.
We will schedule an inspection visit (usually within 5 business days).
If the issue is covered, our team will repair it at no cost.
If not covered, we’ll offer a fair quote or free touch-up depending on the case.
